Seiko Prospex SLA049 Naomi Uemura 80th Anniversary Limited Edition. I have worn it maybe 10 times at most. Overall it is in very good condition. There is one small ding near the spring bar removal hole area, and the bracelet has some light surface scratching from normal wear. Nothing major beyond that. Full set included, plus the extra strap.
