This is the automatic chronograph model from GUINAND, the 160 year old Swiss watch company. It is the Pilot Chronograph Series 40. It has 200M water resistance, and bi directional timing bezel, sapphire crystal, and beadblasted solid back steel case. It is on a new aftermarket black PVD steel bracelet with fliplock clasp.
