It was with OMEGA’s maritime legacy in mind that the Planet Ocean line was launched in 2005. Today, the stylish 600M design continues to pay homage to the brand’s iconic dive watch heritage. This GMT model features a 45.5 mm case made from Silicon Nitride ceramic. The material, two times lighter than Zircon ceramic, is complemented by the use of sandblasted Grade 5 titanium for the helium escape valve and bezel – which includes a Silicon Nitride inner ring. The dial is also sandblasted Grade 5 titanium. Along with several details in orange and a date window at 3H, it features blackened hands and indexes filled with white Super-LumiNova for bright visibility in dark conditions.
