The Reverso appeared in 1931 and asserted itself due to its design, but above all because of its functionality. It was the first watch to offer a reversible case. This 1936 Reverso Small Seconds features a polished steel cradle and yellow gold (9K, 375/1000) case framing a light grey dial distinguished by a precise railroad minute track and elevated Arabic numerals indexes. Equipped with the Jaeger-LeCoultre manual-winding Calibre 410, the watch is fitted on a grained black calfskin leather strap.
