At the dawn of the partnership between Jaeger and LeCoultre, the Duoplan represented a genuine industry revolution. Built on two superimposed planes, the Duoplan calibre was an invitation for both companies to express their creativity with beautiful and inventive designs. It was also a revolution for LeCoultre & Cie, which, thanks to the Duoplan, made the transition from a movement and component producer to a full-fledged watch manufacturer. Its geometric case stands out with four diamonds at each corner and tightly drawn lugs that almost resemble claws. Equipped with the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duoplan 403 manual-winding calibre, this 1930s watch features a steel case and comes on a black calfskin cord strap.
