At the dawn of the partnership between Jaeger and LeCoultre, the Duoplan represented a genuine industry revolution. Built on two superimposed planes, the Duoplan calibre was an invitation for both companies to express their creativity with beautiful and inventive designs. It was also a revolution for LeCoultre & Cie, which, thanks to the Duoplan, made the transition from a movement and component producer to a full-fledged watch manufacturer. A rectangular watch that follows the curve of the wrist, with a wider bracelet and a unique curved glass that reinforce the presence of the piece. Equipped with the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duoplan 403 manual-winding calibre, this 1939 watch features a steel case and comes with a blue calfskin strap.
