At the dawn of the partnership between Jaeger and LeCoultre, the Duoplan represented a genuine industry revolution. Built on two superimposed planes, the Duoplan calibre was an invitation for both companies to express their creativity with beautiful and inventive designs. It was also a revolution for LeCoultre & Cie, which, thanks to the Duoplan, made the transition from a movement and component producer to a full-fledged watch manufacturer. This Art Deco Duoplan Cordonnet features geometric hour markers framed by bold Art Deco elements, paired with its unmistakable cord strap. Equipped with the Jaeger-LeCoultre Duoplan 403 manual-winding calibre, this 1933 watch features a steel case set with ten round diamonds and two baguettes cut diamonds comes on a black calfskin cord strap.
